- Half-Getups: UP & hold for 30 seconds crunching abs the entire time
- Swings
- Windmills
- Slingshots: around the leg & figure eights
- Tactical Lunges
- Overhead Hold 30 seconds ea. arm
- Situps with KB: Crushing KB with hamstrings to butt
- 10 minutes in the hottub :)
