Tuesday Feb 12th

Light/Variety Day (54lb KB)
Approximately 10 minutes work
  • Pumps
  • Half-Getups: UP & hold for 30 seconds crunching abs the entire time
  • Swings
  • Windmills
  • Slingshots: around the leg & figure eights
  • Tactical Lunges
  • Overhead Hold 30 seconds ea. arm
  • Situps with KB: Crushing KB with hamstrings to butt
  • 10 minutes in the hottub :)
