Included Kettlebell exercises into Taekwondo class warmup
  • Swings

  • Tactical Lunges
  • Travelling Swings

  • Slingshots
  • Carrying KB overhead the length of the court & back

KB Training with Allison
Performed the following "Extreme Kettlebell" DVD Routines with 35lb KB

  • "The Manmaker"
  • "Upper Body Blast"

9:00 AM
KB Training with Aaron
Performed Enter the Kettlebell "Light Day" training with a 58lb KB

  • Clean & Press: 5x 3-rung ladders = 30 c&p with each arm
  • Snatches: 9 minutes. 10 reps ea. arm with up to 60 sec. rest before next set.
    I completed 5 sets of 10 snatches ea. arm for a total of 100 snatches with 58lb KB
  • TABATA's
    20 seconds of Swings with 58lb KB,
    10 sec rest,
    20 sec of Renegade rows with 50lb KBs,
    10 sec rest,
    repeat 8 times (8 minutes)
